No Movement Poem by Casey Stewart

No Movement

It's all silent
There is no movement in my room
The phone lies still, I'm waiting
For you to call, for someone
Please anyone, call me, listen to me
The music plays, soothing my lonely heart
What fixes imaginary cuts?
Drinks or smokes perhaps?
A warm hand would do
