No One Knows

We live but know not why
We can extend life
Experience life, see others die
But to answer why –
Death is life’s finality
None have returned
Birth is beginning but from where
From unknown where to unknown where
Frames unknown why
Maybe the experience is why
But no one knows

To war and arms I fly.

True, a new mistress now I chase,
