No Return Poem by Bamukunda Hillary

No Return

.
The day i thought
That its you i sought,
I knew you would doubt
But for your sake i fought.
I had my self to revolt
And with you i made my debut.
.
The day you heard my riddle
And decided not to mingle
Made my head to tickle
Why at my eyes you wouldn't jiggle?
Did I have you to dribble?
When my heart wanted us to bubble.
.
My better bones you broke,
My heartful heart you hurt,
My praying hands you play,
My kneeling knees as they knot,
You decided to see them not.
.
To you I was prone
Even when you thought I was gone
Still with you I wasn't done
I had loved you to the bone
But now like a drone
I decide to drown
