No Two People Are Exactly Similar Poem by Francis Duggan

No Two People Are Exactly Similar

Even amongst brothers and sisters the difference in personalities is great
No two people are exactly similar the differences one can differentiate
Between siblings and parents there can be great rivalry that sometimes does grow into hate
Like the old adage goes you cannot choose your parents or siblings but you can choose who you want as your mate.

'Tis our different personalities make us so interesting how boring we'd be if we all were the same
Than the World's wealthiest and most influential people far more interesting than them one could name
I know of many working class people who work quite hard for award wages pay
They have in them the great gift of humor laughter is the best medicine they say.

Our different personalities makes us more interesting how boring and colourless we would be
If we all thought exactly in the same way and on everything we did agree
You will often see a boring fellow who has got a humorous wife
Or it also can be vica versa one well might say it's part of life.

Even amongst family members the rivalry and jealousy can be intense
It is all part of Human Nature though at times of Human Nature 'tis hard to make sense
But 'tis our different personalities that make us interesting no two exactly the same will you find
And the ways of the Human Family are quite complex one might say it takes every kind.
