Nobody's Perfect Poem by Keith Oldrey

Nobody's Perfect

Rating: 4.5

I have a filing system
I know that you will adore
I know that I will need it
So I put it on the floor
When I go to bed at night
Nothing’s ever in my way
If I just dropp my clothes in a heap
They’ll be ready for next day
Then- What’s a bit of dust and dirt?
Even microbes have to live
I’m cosy in my untidy world
It’s really not a sin.
To the neat and tidy, that I upset
I apologize, here and now
But I’m happy in my muck
And it’s no cause to make a row!
We’re all a little different
More some, than others, I can tell
So if you’ll kindly leave me alone
I won’t tell you – to go to HELL
One day I’ll change
And be tidy neat and proper
But at this moment in time
I’m afraid, I’ve told a whopper.
You love me for what I am
I’d dearly like to change
Yet have you thought that I’m OK?
And all you lot deranged!!!

Love it :) I disagree though. Everyone is perfect in their own way
