Nobody’s To Everybody’s Poem by uder pressure

Nobody’s To Everybody’s

Just the other day
the sky wasn’t so blue.
Gray faded through
and the rain fell around her.
Embraced arms
squeezed her
just a little to tight.

Her once upright
smile slowly turned downward,
but everybody new
this wasn’t the last time this would happen.
The broken heart
would piece back and tape itself together
again
and the layers of tape would hide
all the times this had to be done
Because nobody really new.

And nobody’s turned
to everybody’s
with the snaps of bruised fingers.
Everybody’s pushing
away at the only problem
that was really keeping her going.
