Although it is said,
Those living their lives...
In deprived neighborhoods,
Have no clue...
As to how to correct their own dilemmas.
Others from the outside,
Of their own comfort zones...
Are solicited and hired with good wages paid,
To ask those most affected by obvious negligence...
Who are not paid to be consultants,
As to what is it they believe is most needed.

Many wish to see only their hands,
Picking from the cookie jar.
And others enjoy the idea...
Of scrambling amongst themselves for crumbs.
