I love trying to write
I love my poetic friends
I love my children
My pet guinea-pigs, Keith and Dandelion
Green tea
And any coloured vegetable (cause i have too)
My man
My new flowery wellies
The bees that scare me to run
Saturdays throng
Sundays silence
What i do not love is being lectured continually about religion
I loved god and lost my sister
Thats (my truth) and Im sorry
We are all cut from a different cloth (and mine frayed)
I'm a non-believer too Karen, and the more I live life the more my views are reinforced. We are all free to think what we want and should never feel ostracized for this. Very good write.
Here, here! People have the right and freedom to choose their own path in life without being judged or descriminated against. However, we must forgive some due to the inherent bigotry and hatred imbedded in all religion stemming from a moneithstic belief in each that there's is the one true way and intrinsically the contradiction creates a paradox that none can prove or dispell. Also the condescension of all religion to tell people how to live their lives based on fear and prejudice. Here's an idea let each individual learn to think for themselves. It is better never to argue with dogs or idiots. As this will drain all remaining years and life energy, and to no avail.

If people told the truth you might find yourself in the majority. Bravo for a bold and telling write
