Nothing Poem by Nathan Beery

Nothing

Enter here, all besides
Enter here, hear no more lies
Enter here, know what resides

The fire burns all life
The bitter hell of the lion's den, one tends to fear

Nothing is true
Nothing to fear
Nothing within
Nothing here

There's nothing left
There's nothing there
There's only this dance
There's only this waltz
This waltz with death
There's only this dance with fear
