Noviembre Rain
When the candle lost its only light,
After I lost myself and lost my sight.
I looked for you and waited alone as one,
My soul wanted to rise again with the sun.
At the morning when the day saw a new dawn,
I heard the thunder as it sang a new song.
Then the rain fell down upon me,
I lost my soul and I could no longer be.
When I no longer believed in myself anymore,
After I was lost in the waves of the ocean shore.
I looked upon the fear I had dealt,
My soul began to fall with the pain I had felt.
At the night when I distanced my place,
I could see the first time your smiling face.
Then the raging storms crashed upon the waves,
I lost myself within as my soul began to fade.
When the darkest moments came,
After I heard you call my name.
I watched you as you faded into me,
My soul began to be set free.
When the light was replaced,
After my only soul had escaped.
I looked for you and we faded as one,
My soul began to rise again with the sun.
At the morning when I became a new soul,
I heard you as a new story was told.
Then the sun's light began to shine upon me,
I found my soul again as it was set free.
When I looked into your eyes I wanted to believe,
After being found it was you I had to retrieve.
I looked only into your eyes of the ocean blue,
My soul began to fade as a part of you.
At the moment when I first realized,
I knew it was within you that I could confide.
Then the storms began to fade away,
I lost my soul unto you and now I must stay.
When the darkest moments came,
After I heard you call my name.
I knew that I was finally home that day,
My soul as your soul did fade with the very last Noviembre Rain.
