Now That It Is Done
The script that carried the play
And the actors that played the roles
The prompter behind the wings
And the lightsman right up there
Now that they are all gone
I see empty rows staring
Where the faces laughed and cried before.
Now that it is done
Life's reset to where it once was.
To where it began.
Now that it is done
It is time again to move on.
This once more.
