O Thank You God For My Wings
Although a doctor poet
By serendipity,
My gratitude to God goes,
Who gave me wings mighty,
To fly higher than I thought,
Imagining a lot,
Word-painting all the time,
Gorgeously in each clime,
Taking world by surprise,
From sun-set to sun-rise,
Making the earth, afree of vice,
-a tiny Paradise.
