Object Poem by AlissaMarie Unknown

Object

Rating: 1.0

An object sits upon the palm
of the hand, motionless and
speechless concentrate real
hard all surroundings fading
away, palm with object is all
you can see.

Movement slides right up your wrist,
speaking babbles a child's delight it
has a voice. No longer needs support
all on its own up in the air circling round
the palm closes hand drops.

Thump, thump, bounce up and down, laughter
all around, uh-oh where could it have gone?

All objects back in view, feet moving towards a
sound climbing a mountain at the top of the highest
peak inhale the fresh air object longing to be
again it's clear now to see a soul you now seem to be.
