Oblivion Enlisted Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

Oblivion Enlisted

Oblivion Enlisted

Whatever planned, worshipped, defied
Gods or the plain citizenry,

This incontinence, this thirsts for blood,
These vertigos for sexual lusts,

Overpowering greed for acquisitions,
And defying scopes, the dimensions of this little man,
This hunger that defiesmores, taboos,
And the laws of the state,

Every strict prohibitions,
Court litigations and merited punishments,
Death sentences by hangings, or lethal injections,

And the dead, corpses that are wrapped in plain cotton, stored as ashes,
Buried in unmarked graves,
On such same categories

Burned me in a car explosions,
Blasted into a thousand pieces by man war God's wills, disease, pistillience. and
Other forms of annihilations,

I, oblivion enrolled,
I, oblivion enlisted
Acceptwind blasts into infinities.
