Observation Poem by Shirley Waugh

When you see a person smiling,
Their eyes gleaming bright,
You can be certain,
They are living life right.
The Lord is within them,
Giving solace when they need,
Sharing only utter peace,
To carry them through a deed.
We never know what pains,
Another person bares,
But we can be certain,
God consoles them in their cares.
So when you are in need of help,
Call on the person with a smile,
They will gladly tend to you,
Right now instead of a little while.
