Alone again on winters eve,
A girl sits revising her past,
Past memories playing back like flash cards,
Images that show a different life to this
A life of laughter, joy and compassion,
A time where everyone cared and no one judged.
The girl who sits with her back to the door lets out a sigh,
You can't see her anymore,
Her head slumps down and her body shudders,
The outsider closes the door,
Sometimes it is better to pretend you haven't seen,
No-one cares, no one wills to.
People turn their heads the other way,
Rather than to help a young girl survive another day.
Daybreak comes a visitor opens the girl's door,
They find her lying; a mess on the floor,
She had given up hope,
Because that's the only thing she'd seen people do before.
People turn their heads the other way, Rather than to help a young girl survive another day. Daybreak comes a visitor opens the girl's door, nice write of a talented poet, outbreaks a vision of a goody girl

I would like to translate this poem
Its sad that you must remember those days of joy, instead of continuing to live them out. People often look the other way only so they might not feel they have failed in the end. Very nice, thank you. Heart
