Obtaining The Bribe From The Parties Who Come With Genuine Causes!
Befriending with the applicant who comes for sanction,
Transaction of credit and debit for the purpose of investment,
Not resolving the issue quickly without proper scrutiny,
Delaying unscrupulously without any reason,
Not understanding the real status of the issue due to laziness,
To err and abet from being neutral are the many offences
Those are equivalent and amounting to the fact of obtaining
The bribe from the parties who come with genuine causes!

கருவி விவாதம் தீர்க்காது
..காலங் கழித்தல் சோம்பலினால்
உருவ வழக்கின் நிலையினைநன்
..குணராத் தன்மை பொதுநீங்கல்
பொருவில் இவையா தியபுரைகள்
