Of Gods Among Men



i cannot dictate
what he must want

that will be too personal
and cruel

when he says
that there are still gods among
men
it is sad to admit that
i am not
one of them

i was born a man
lives and shall die
as one.

meanwhile he takes
photographs
of those
that keep themselves
comfortable
in winter.
