Of Rainbows And Amalgamations Poem by Hemalatha Gangadharan

Of Rainbows And Amalgamations

Rating: 5.0

Pain
Mystifying black
Arising from the center
Radiating to the edges

Anger
Searing red
Emanating from every thought
Corroding the very existence

Tears
Blistering blue
Pulsating at the bottom of the throat
Freezing the heart with its coldness

Knowledge
Blinding white
Can sometimes be so hurtful
Is that why they say Ignorance is bliss?

Blind Faith
Cheerfully yellow
Blinding the eyes with its beautiful hue
Till the veils of reality tear it down

Acceptance
Generously green
A smile though the tears
Acknowledging forgiving

Through the rainbow of colors
And amalgamation of emotions
Life goes on………..
…………….. There’s no way but onwards
