Offsprings Of Adam And Satan - (Satan) Poem by Mohammad Muzzammil

Offsprings Of Adam And Satan - (Satan)

Satan's Son

O issue of Adam! Believe me,
No doubt I'm thy true friend,
No more I will deceive thee,
Let's discuss where time we spend,
But, talk me not about before Adam to bend,

Thou have brain, apply thy mind,
Fire goes up and clay falls down,
To bow Adam was not the sense of behind,
My father showed the wise of his crown,
But, none could make him out, so he did drown.

Come! The ways of pleasure I show thee,
That is based on thy own desire,
And never goes back the source of glee,
Of thy character they all'll admire,
Fulfill thy desire untill thou wrapped in white attire.

I have might to run with thy blood,
And thy heart is abode of mine,
Where I bring lust, vulgars's flood,
That bestows thee power and make thee shine,
Kill a fly on Satan's name, the world will be thine.

You know well, those who much pray,
Always seen in miserable plight,
Fear to enjoy sin, they are astray,
And claim God sees even in dark night,
If God has all, why He deprives them of delight.

we know how he works though we keep on obeying him....that's why the world is like that....i don't know why we call the people who talk about the religion 'extremists'..they have a point of view at least...we really must speak about religion....why shouldn't a president ask his people to care for their religion? ..it's one of his obligations.. thanks for sharing

Very fascinating piece altogether.....rather reminds me of C.S. Lewis' Screwtape Letters, with which, however, I am but hardly acquainted. I quite like it. It is interesting, the last quintet, does seem so true, you capture the devilish thought so perfectly....yet He does not deprive them of delight....as He says, 'Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in Thy presence is fulness of joy; at Thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.'(Ps 16: 11) It is very well put, I enjoyed it.....'tis a pity we can so easily express the devilish thoughts.
