Oh The Whisper Poem by Dr subhendu kar

Oh The Whisper

Rating: 5.0

oh what a lovely rhythm and rhyme
I saw her by the sea side after a long time
moon when shadowed by the clouds
day as dark gray seemingly listless
yet wetted sands promises the tunes

time has made me faster than the arrow
out of own resurrection abounding
breath still spews faster by the blue
waking me from the dreamless nook

leaf fledges by the green from repining
deep blood in its own room renewed
flanging from the last nightmare
hope of whisper dappled by winter tonight

sun in its own glow bequeaths
warmth across the heart entwines
by sweet melody of cuckoo's song
love overwhelms by the sea side

It’s amazing how many emotions can be suddenly conjured up from a deep sleep, and brought back to life, new life, from seeing an old flame. It truly is an energizing feeling to say the least. Thanks for commenting on my work …

Your whisper heard by the moon Your blood renewed in its own room Her warmth when entwined your heart A new life with all emotions start…. Delightfully composed spreading the serene flames of poetic flair…

All is tranquil down at the waters edge, a peaceful chant from a gifted pen 10 Chris
