Aging’s like prized wine
Sweeter when it’s old
Drinking wisdom you’ll find
Life treasures of gold
Despise not the aged
They were gifts for you
Quietly wish death, ignored
For blessings, pay what’s due

Beautiful description representing one side of the coin in this materialistic age. Old people with lot of accumulated wealth still kept in their own custody are neither despised nor hated by their kith and kin. Nice poem. Enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing.10 + Regards.
