Old Lion Poem by Moses Samandar

Old Lion

He was an old lion
The dominator of prey
Everything at his fingertips
Now an old man
Nothing to offer
A man of another generation
A lion of domination, power, greed, everything
Now he is an old lion
Not worth anything
Too old to walk
Too old to function
Out of touch
The old lion will never be the same
Let him rest in peace
