Old School Vs Youngblood Poem by Saleh Ben Saleh

Old School Vs Youngblood

Old school is no longer appreciated, been made redundant is anticipated

Youngblood's heart is always on fire, he wishes that old school would soon retire

Youngblood expects to be soon a leader, to take the position he's all eager

Leadership is not about being right for the role, but rather on how to achieve your goal

Leadership requires wisdom and self-respect and in odd situations how to react

You are dealing with people not with machines, it's worse than dealing with kids in their teens

Old school's retirement is not yet expected, for his achievements he is highly respected

Young blood is anxiously waiting his turn, old schools position he needs to earn
