I feel relief
Letting go of something that was probably never mine
Letting go of someone who could really use a break
Letting go of the pain that has been hurting us ever since I remember
Letting go of your life that has been manipulate by me

I feel relief
Knowing everything is over
Knowing I finally have the courage to let go
Knowing my life can be back to normal
Knowing that this is when I start my happiness again

This is the best ending I could ever ask for
With no fight no yell no anger
Just a few tears to mourn our dead relationship
A smile to thank our still existing love
And a handshake to bless you and me

Once I walk out the door without looking back
I know i finally did what i need to do
Moving on with my life with grace
Going back to the life I once had and once enjoyed
Looking to seize every opportunity I can take
