One Poem by Christina Kosemund

One

Rating: 5.0

The world seems to crumble
You can hear the rumble
The babble and the bumble
Of the war that's just begun

It's been going on for centuries
Good, and Evil, even the trees
The lofty mountains and mighty seas
What's the use of the word fun?

You only have fun when everything's okay
There will be no having fun today
So many things stand in our way
We're each just a tiny crumb

But all of the crumbs make up the pie
Together, with God, we can get to the sky
And though right now we're asking why
We can become one

As one, we'll make it through the night
And find ourselves, then, in the light
We, as one, will win this fight
And go up to the raging sun
