One And Only Poem by heroine bard

One And Only

Rating: 5.0

Deprived of everything around.
Indifferent when one makes a sound.
I walked in emptiness-shattered and lonely.
He pretended to be my one and only.

Because he's made me sob and weep,
I've got nothing else of life to keep.
Lay in bed and walk through the night,
Thinking to myself that nothing is alright.

He would just leave me there
And never say he cared.
Or even just stay there for a while
Until my small time is up for the mile.

Like grains of sand,
We're individual.
But he's the only one
That's made me give my all.
I've failed at it-
Falling into a small dark pit-
In between these walls-
They don't seem to want to stop from cruching me.

And so I scream.
