One Less Part Destroyed While A Little More Falls Apart

One window destroyed by the clouded path
Another broken and beaten from the future
The third destroyed completely from lack of faith
But one still holding on to hope and just a crack is seen
Will you smash it like the others and let the pieces part
Or will you clean up the scars and buff it up once more
To shine again and let the light fall threw the iridescent frame
To see the truth once again and let hope heal the cracks
The others are broken but that cannot be fixed
But the last one remaining is holding on by a thread
The thread were you could easily damage with just a flick of your wrist
To lung that rock into its glass and shatter all dreams of love
The window hides the border to the beaten soul unseen
It hides away all thoughts on life and what shouldn't be noticed
But if you look carefully threw the cracks and distorted reflections
You'll notice someone still holding on to give life one last chance
To make amines to what was wrong and fix it to be right
Don't toy with what is left of the window to my soul
Because once the last part is shattered my life will grow so cold
The clouds will come to steal my dreams and break apart my heart
To make the blood tears fall once more and stain my hands with love
Don't let the death take over me and steal away my dignity
I'll keep my window closed for now until I feel a better energy
That will not hold a threat to breaking the little piece that's left
Cause I don't want to become distant and I don't want to hold regret
So please don't taint my window pain with the essence of my blood
Only touch it if you mean well and perhaps I will let you in
