The friends on this island are cheerful to me,
Like a seaman I stay where I am - at the sea.
There are fellow fishermen who know me
Just as they know you as a proper joyous person.
The person in my heart is at sea, and his friendship
Is everlasting, the sea is so everlasting
That it waives at me with waves,
The sharks so much collide
That the sharks bite and the fish can see.
My friends are not here to help,
But barracuda sharks swim wonderfully,
Just to harm the young at heart.
