    This sounds like a step in time, and in the right direction.
    The poem is surely a metaphor for standing back and not following the crowd.
    The ‘one step backward taken’ is significant. Discretion may be the better part of valour, but it may look like cowardice to those hell-bent on fashionable disaster. (Report) Reply
