I find it hard, when there isn't any light.
Darkness is the evil which surrounds me tonight.
It's strange to see how much you glow.
How gentle the sound of water does flow.

It's wonderful here with you tonight.
You’re the one thing; I know I've got right.
Every time I have something to show,
I'll miss my chance, and then you'll go

Life seems so hard, it seems so bad
Yet when I’m with you it’s never sad
I know one thing that will always be true
My life would be nothing if it wasn’t for you

I want your love and need it too
All I want is to be with you
I know that things can never be
Because before there were two
And now there are three
