Only Forever Poem by Rusty Ed Gibson

Only Forever

I wont marry you for a second
I wont marry you for the day
I wont even waste your time
if it's gonna fade away

I wont marry you for a moment
unless its the last moment of my life
cause when I say I do to you
your gonna be my last wife

I wont waste your time
with silly childish games
I wont punch you in the arm
and try to run away

I wont marry you for a minute
a second or a day
I wont marry you on dare
on some Las Vegas get away

If I grab your hand
hold it tight in mine
If I grab your chin
and stare you in the eyes
If I pop the question
it will be the only time

Cause I wont marry you just for now
I wont marry you till then
I'll only marry you forever
if forever's the only when

I wont marry you for a month
a year or even two
Ill only marry you forever
cause only forever will ever do
