You look at me, am I happy am I sad?
You look at me, am I angry am I mad?
You dont know my feelings, neither do I.
Only God knows the reasons I cry.

When you talk to me, do I smile do I frown?
When you talk to me, am I up am I down?
You dont know my emotions, neither do I.
Only God knows the reasons I sigh.

You look at a picture of me, what is it you see?
Is it a young beautiful girl as happy as can be?
You dont know my expressions, neither do I.
Only God knows the the tears in my eyes.

When you see me cry, what is it you guess?
Is it, 'poor girl is so depressed'?
You did to know, and so did I.
God isn't the only one that can see I'm hurting inside!
