All you see now is people telling you how to be

They tell what you what you should look like

When you feel good about yourself they strike

And bring you down for everyone to see

Only i can change that



People tell you that you look horrible

Those people just want to feel good

They only wronged you because they could

Only i can let that affect me



They think that because your young you don't know

They tell you go

They don't think for a second that your smart

They hurt your heart

Only i can change their minds

Only i can make it all stop and have the life i want
