Only The Facts Poem by Paul Warren

Only The Facts

What is the search for truth now
Is it a set of facts that are palatable some how
A version that will be easy to digest
Or something that a court will ingest

Those facts we can now see by video
But still open to interpretation in the show
When things are examined by all
You see perceptions are at the call

Don't think that you know what happened
At a stretch it is what is in fashion
So what is so important you may say
The facts and only the facts won't go away.
