Optical Illusion Poem by Philip Winchester

Optical Illusion

Rating: 4.3

Optical illusion
I see effortless dedication,
I see mindless simple rhyme,
I see thoughtless complication,
I see timeless words combine,
I see friendless bouts of solitude,
I see the pennyless stand in line,
I see a multitude of more or less,
Two thousand years of Life.

I see...Great things in your work Philip. Thoughtful lines that are thought about, long after the poem has been read. Excellent. Best Regards. Craig.
