Our 'Great' Modern Day Civilization Poem by MAD DEW

Welcome to our “great” modern day civilization
Where the primary objective is demoralization
Where being truly and openly religious
Is no longer considered to be prestigious
Where people are always saying that Christian teachings are so full of hate
Even though the whole point of Christianity is to get people to Heaven's gate
Where people are so offended by a Bible verse
Where sexuality has become so very perverse
Sex is viewed as something for recreation
It is no longer viewed as part of procreation
Where to be married before the age of 23 is frowned upon
But it is okay if you are only 16 and your virginity is gone
Where people will kill their own unborn child without a thought
Where moral relativism is becoming to be believed and taught
Where telling someone that they are sinning is so very judgmental
And telling someone they are doing something wrong is detrimental
Because no one should ever have to repent
Just remain in their sin so completely content
Where it is so very wrong to preach salvation
Or to teach that sin leads to eternal damnation

Where there is so much moral and spiritual deprivation
