He lived an austere life
He clung to God in strife
He stood for honesty
He lived in piety
He was a simple man
He lived a long life-span
He was our loving dad
He kept us children glad
He played a model role
He was no hyperbole
He spoke with wisdom fine
He was our life’s sunshine
He left to be with God
Life to us looks now odd.
‘May his soul rest in peace in the Lord Jesus Christ! ’
Dedicated by his seven loving living children
On his death anniversary (obituary 5-06-1989)
