Our Morning Song Poem by Ena Nin

Our Morning Song

Rating: 5.0

As the sunlight seeks me,
I see the early clouds
Kneeling on the mountainsides
Etching their hopes
Into the unmoving slopes

Vestiges of the nights,
Waiting but not expecting,
Forever they are
But a morning away.

Morning is wonderful waking up to a good scenery. It somehow inspires you. It makes you look up to another beautiful day and another, and another, because you know that it will still be there... :) i like this poem. I hope that my interpretation was correct.
