Over By The Meddow Poem by Kathlyn Grace

Over By The Meddow

over in the meddow
the sunlight hit her face
just so it would capture the beauty it held
now the sun light let go long enough to watch the beaty fall into the night's grasp
knowing that it could no longer hold it
the golden wish
with a heart so sacred it would break at the touch of a pin
nothing could capture the glisten like the sun did
nothing at all
'and this is what the boy wrote as he watched the girl with the beauty to save helpless man, walk away'
