everytime we talk you kept on smiling
you were smiling while i was wondering
what's on your mind was what i wondered
and until now it's a question left unanswered

i sit on my chair and pretend to watch the view
you can't even notice i was watching you
your remarkable laughter that completes my day
and your eyes that makes me smile day by day

oh, what a feeling i keep inside
it'll be a secret that forever i will hide
but i'm hoping that somehow you'll notice
these simple girl with a cute face

but everytime i'd desire
there's this twinge it feels like fire
a sting i can't identify
this elusive pain i can't deny.
