Paradoxical Abysses Poem by Serge Balaga

Paradoxical Abysses

Unbounded heart in a vicious dimness
Disheartened ensue of an unwise journey
Landed to where aged dismiss
Delve for the merest lambent

Loving you, a wretched ache to my heart
Not loving you, amiss feud to I
Thus, love me for I love you

My last breath rely upon your choice
Whereas my delicacy thou entity

Elucidate ye, lucid task
For no day I live
Would I be
Without thou in my dreams

My secret love sets my heart on fire
For I prefer to perish calmly
Rather than concede thy disapproval
