Paranoid Guilt Poem by jodi glass

Paranoid Guilt

a fear of saying the wrong thing
a voice saying, don't offend anyone, don't say a word
i don't like 1D, ignore, stare or a thank god
what response is hard to gage
OMG is the right word, right?
no my brain will ignore that minefield
a safer route is to be classed as stupid or being quiet
an internal lack of free speech
