Park Time Poem by Ima Ryma

Park Time

I have adopted a young Miss,
Who likes to walk me in the park.
I know that she does enjoy this,
So try to behave and not bark.
There is a special spot where we
Take a rest and sit in the grass.
All around, pretty flowers be,
Get loving pets from my sweet lass.
This time and place she likes for sure,
And so I'm happy 'bout it too.
I'm glad that I am here for her.
It's something nice that I can do.

Of course if I were on my own,
I would be digging up a bone.
