Parting Time Poem by Roselyn A.M.

Parting Time

The bus station is a half hour drive
From our house we arrived.
Many passengers are coming forth
Big buses are waiting, all aboard.

Another kiss and say “Goodbye”
I hate this scene but I can’t cry.
Still, I’m not used to see you go
All I want is to grow old with you.

This means another week of waiting
Don’t laugh at me, this is truly agonizing.
But you have to fulfill your dreams
So I’ll support you with all my means.

To you my young lady
May you travel with serenity.
Bring with you my sincere wish
May this week would be a bliss.
