Pass At Any Price Poem by John Sensele

Pass At Any Price

Nourished by a desire to pass examinations
At any cost, morbid minds offer bribes or their steamy bodies
To invigilators and supervisors whose actions
Symbolize failure for malpractice eddies.

Dunces redefine study routines
Catalysing thefts of examination materials
Oiling diploma mills that perpetuate sins
In examination venues which thrive on malpractice rituals.

Supply chains of educational delivery
Stoop too low to cosset indolent candidates
Whose vocabulary teems with very
Nasty attitudes that dish out bimbo dates.

Attempts to inculcate any sound examination etiquette
Meet with little or no success
Because cheats by hook or crook pluck a grade biscuit
Totally oblivious of impacts on academic progress.
