Passion Awoke Poem by cecil hickman

Passion Awoke

Rating: 5.0

My passion awoke today at the brink of light.
My vision surprised by the beauty so bright.
I saw you for the first time upon my wake.
So gorgeous are your eyes on first take.
Lips so tender and small, that tantalizes me,
Such tender skin so smooth, everlastingly.
The beauty that flows from your precious heart,
I was aware of the compassion from the start.
As well the passion, that flows from your soul.
Places my worthiness upon Holy Angel’s toll,
I shall die if they find me unworthy of your affection.
I shall cry if my heart is found with worthy direction.
Thumping rises upon the decision announced today.
Pressure in my chest forces yet another delay.
Awakening passion crowds my emptiness away.
To the Heavenly Angels I sincerely do pray.
Enrich my soul, empower my heart, drive the passion.
Do fervor my spirit to awake for you in every fashion.
