Paying Forward Poem by Gio Masserati

Paying Forward

Rating: 5.0

Sun,
How do I tell you?

I'd run directly into your warmth
Embraced by your love
Enveloped in your arms
My eyes filled with stars
For you and your glow
I'd jog to tomorrow
Walk miles to turn the page
Stumble over mountains
Crawl into today
All of this I'd pay
Just to see you
In my day

...everyday

The word that came to my mind that captures the essence of this lovely poem is yearning for the glow of life and love.

...miss... I like that. In pursuit of not missing any longer. Maybe will change the name or just ponder this as in miss mode. Thanks!
