Peace In Thoughts Poem by Naveed Akram

Peace In Thoughts

Let's make peace in the rain of your whims,
We became an energetic jolt or megavolt, fully active.
Acts were cooked and eaten, like the years of misery,
Of electric currents raging into thousands of days.

I ask those with errors to talk in water-like aspects,
Feeling blisters and handshakes of violence and death.
The rucksack is full of complete objects that diminish
Respectably, like a firm lion, or a rigid wind that ceases.

The space of the glory is extensive as thought is an error,
Acts are food for the soul, deeds of the triumphant;
Their best doings collect like raindrops so fast and sudden,
Fulfilling the arguments spoken by the tongue of alacrity.

Let's make peace after war displays the courage of a human,
Thought is the trait adjusted by the mind, as thoughts are
A forgiven prisoner, their tall stature forces a devil to unload
Its heavy weight onto the commanding plain of existence.
