Peaceful Living Poem by Tirupathi Chandrupatla

Peaceful Living

Rating: 3.5

I thought I was
Looking for gold
You're the precious gem
I luckily found.

When You're there
Nothing else I need
Your support gives me
The fulfillment I seek.

I'll ignore the glitter
In things that I see
The coolness in Your eyes
Is all that I want.

Long back when I didn't know You
That was when I didn't know myself
I was deceived by outward appearances
Knowing the truth I approach You.

Our intimacy is now entwined
This attachment'll never break
Together we'll distribute immense happiness
And spread the joy of peaceful living.
